No monthly fees. Once the site is live there is no subscription and no software bill. Your only ongoing cost is your domain renewal, roughly $15-20 a year, paid to your own registrar.
How payment works. $250 deposit via Venmo before work begins, $250 once the site is finished and live. Additional logo revisions are $25 each. Anything outside the one-page build is quoted and agreed in writing before it gets built, so the price you are told is the price you pay.
